Controller JDA48-4
The new controller generation JDA48-4 is designed to replace old VIB MFC controllers.
The controller is available as analog or digital configuration. Together with different backplanes, it can be used for old or new replacement kits.

| The controller has an integrated fan unit, to prevent against overheating. In an old backplane configuration the fan unit includes only two fans, in an new configuration an additional fan control electronic is included. All outputs are short-circuit proof. The supply voltage of a controller is 24VDC. If the controller is configurated as analog device, it consists of 48 outputs with 0 - 20mA output each. A digital configuration has 8 x 6Bit outputs 240mA each. The front contains display of the controller address, run active, analog/digital mode, wire break/over current and over temperature. The controller housing is designed in stainless steel, except the frontplate which is anodized aluminium. The output connectors are 7pol. with a raster of 3.81mm. A controller can be changed in a running system, but the outputs should be off. With another software the controller can used as MODBUS (RTU) device. (Must be defined before delivery)
